The above lists are incomplete, however they illustrate a very important concept: don’t cheat. Plagiarism and copyright violation are serious crimes, and will not be condoned by Med Tutor. Please don’t send us anything to which you don’t have rights to distribute. Our responsibility ends with your confirmation that you are indeed the author or artist of the work. Once you have verified this through the submission form, you are solely responsible for any legal action which may occur as a result of your submission.

Please do not copy information directly from a book, article or website and submit it verbatim. Please obey all laws, policies and guidelines of the United States, your state and the institution in which you attend.

If you are submitting links, please supply Med Tutor with the full link, for example: http://www.yourlink.com. A short description should also accompany the link.

Study tips, book reviews and the like can be submitted as a file or copy-pasted into the form below.

If you are submitting original works, please include all necessary files. In the case of multiple files, compressed or zipped files are preferred. Preferred file format is pdf, however most file formats are supported.

Your name, school and email is required with all submissions. Your contribution will appear with your first name and school associated with it. Med Tutor will never sell or distribute your name or other identifying information.

‡Copyright: Essentially, if you created the work (ie. illustration), then you own the copyright. This does not mean you digitally removed the original copyright and replaced it with your own. It also doesn’t mean that you took images from a lecture presentation, and recompiled them into your presentation. Copyright law is complex and often contains areas of gray. To be sure however, it is best to only assume copyright ownership if the image or work is entirely original. More information on copyright law can be found at: http://www.copyright.gov/
